When we established TNP, we set out to create a company with some simple but really important aims, aims that we believe would make our mothers proud, our customers happy and our staff not merely employees, but members of an exceptional family.

Wellbeing
We choose to support employee wellbeing in as many ways as possible. We’ve got 8 MHFA (Mental Health First Aid) trained staff, who help to manage and recognise the mental health of others. We want our employees to feel supported no matter what their circumstances may be.

Charity work
We are big advocates on giving back as much as we can and contributing to charities that are doing great work in the wider community. We raise thousands of pounds from our Christmas video each year and encourage fundraising through initiatives such as ‘Keep on Moving January’. -
Learning & development
We know how important personal goals are and if any employee wishes to further their qualifications, we will try our best to support their needs. Each year, we train 6 non-NAV developers into work-ready employees. These placements then qualify for permanent positions.

Duty of care
We believe we have a duty of care for our employees and know that if they are happy, we all benefit and so do our customers. We understand the importance of having breaks from the screen and encourage staff to take breaks regularly. -

We pride ourselves on having a low employee turnover and celebrate employees’ milestones with them. When the office is open, we enjoy free Friday lunches, table football, and a Hospitality Manager who looks after staff and customers alike. -
